Incendium takes on two new consultants

May 7, 2018

Ruchi Singh and Shannon Smedley join the Incendium team, adding to our diverse and ever-growing pool of talented consultants.

Ruchi is a senior strategy and transformation professional with over 20 years’ experience; she has been brought on board to help set-up and mobilise the Relationship Management function within the Government’s Department for Work and Pensions.

This consultancy post follows her work on the ‘Post-Grenfell Building Safety Programme’, where she performed a delivery strategy advisory role. Ruchi has previously led on multiple major transformation programmes across both central government and the private sector.

Meanwhile Shannon, who was a member of the Incendium team in 2016 when she ran a strategic PMO for a global bank, re-joins in a new role back in Canary Wharf. She brings over 20 years of industry expertise with her to the new position, which will involve developing a new strategy and vision for the client’s Support Services function.

Shannon has held a number of Corporate Real Estate consultancy posts during her impressive career, supporting clients in the pharma and financial services sectors.

Steve Norris, Partner at Incendium, said: “Shannon and Ruchi are two extremely talented individuals within the world of Corporate Real Estate. They are an asset to our consultancy teams working in both the public and private sectors, and we are very pleased to have them on board.”
