APM award nomination

Oct 12, 2017

We're thrilled to announce that Incendium, along with T&T, has been shortlisted for the Association of Project Management 'Programme of the Year' award 2017.

We’re thrilled to announce that Incendium, along with Turner & Townsend, has been shortlisted for the Association of Project Management ‘Programme of the Year’ award 2017 for leading the Lease Regularisation Programme at NHS Property Services.

The Lease Regularisation Programme seeks to formalise the occupancies of over 6,000 NHS customers including Foundation Trusts, GPs, Providers, Arm’s Length Bodies and other commercial organisations. To achieve this, Incendium has led the procurement and management of a supply chain to produce over 3,000 CAD plans and over 6,000 Heads of Terms, undertaken over 4,000 negotiations, completed relevant supporting individual transaction business cases and concluded legal checks and conveyancing.

David Johnson, Programme Director, said “the programme has been more than establishing a formal relationship between a landlord and a tenant; it has been about determining the operating policies of the organisation and determining the true extent of the portfolio. This has been, and continues to be, an enormous undertaking by the programme team, NHS PS and its customers”.

The APM awards will be announced on Monday 20th November – best of luck to the team!
